At this time, we only ship to addresses within Canada.
Standard shipping is available across Ontario through Canada Post or UPS.

Local pickup in Oshawa Ontario is available 9am-6pm Monday-Friday.
To place an order for pickup, you must select "pickup" at checkout. Please wait until you have received an email or text notification confirming your order is ready prior to picking up your items.

As FL&B is a small business, all orders are subject to a 2-3 day processing period prior to shipment as we prepare your items, your patience is greatly appreciated!

FL&B is not responsible for lost parcels, or for any shipping address inaccuracies made by the customer resulting in failure to receive purchased goods.
RETURN, REFUND, & EXCHANGE POLICY
All products and services are final sale, no returns or refunds may be made.​
