APPOINTMENT POLICIES

Please avoid same-day cancellations.
 

40% of extensions required for refills. Anything less than will be charged as a full set.
 

1  week touch-ups must be max. 7 days after last appointment. 7+ days will be charged as a refill.

If you wish to change a service previously booked, please contact me prior to your appointment date.

To add colour or glitter, please select the add-on service while booking.
 

If driveway is full, please park on Greta Street

Please arrive on-time. If early or late, please message me prior to your appointment.

10+ mins late = automatic cancellation. 

Please arrive with clean lashes to avoid $5 cleaning fee. 
 
1x no-show require a non-refundable $15 deposit in order to reschedule.

2x no-show results in being blocked from the booking system.

​

No foreign refills, a removal + full set is required. 
 
No extra guests please!
