APPOINTMENT POLICIES

No extra guests please! The studio is small as it is home-based, and minimal distraction is appreciated.

Please avoid any same-day rescheduling.

40% of lash extensions strictly required for all refills. Anything less than will be need to be rescheduled as a full set.​

​Mini fills must be max. 7 days after your last appointment. Anything over 7 days will need to be rescheduled as a refill.

If you wish to change a service previously booked, please contact me prior to your appointment as we may need to reschedule to accommodate correctly.

For lash services, please arrive with clean lashes/eye area free from any eye makeup or skincare products.

Please arrive on-time, and no more than 5 minutes early as another client may be receiving service.

10+ minutes late = automatic cancellation. Please reschedule through the booking system.​​​​

No foreign refills! Please book a removal + full set to avoid mixing product.
​

Please utilize the booking system. All inquires will be responded to in sequence during working hours.

Please complete any forms/waivers sent to your email prior to arrival.

When you arrive, you may park in the driveway or on the street and come up to the front door at the time of your scheduled appointment.
All services are non-refundable.
CANCELLATION + NO-SHOW POLICY
At Finesse Lash & Beauty, we understand that life happens and plans can change unexpectedly. We strive to give grace where possible, while also valuing the time and preparation that goes into each appointment.

To help us serve all of our clients with care and fairness, please review our policies below:
​
•Cancellations with less than 12 hours notice will be charged 40% of the service cost.
​
• No-shows without notice will be charged 50% of the service cost.
• After 2 no-shows, future bookings will no longer be accepted.
​
We will always do our best to consider and accommodate genuine emergency situations. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
TOOTH GEM POLICY + WARRANTY

​Please brush your teeth directly before your appointment.
​

Avoid whitening teeth 1 week prior to application.
​
-
No eating for 3 hours directly after application- water only!
​
-
Avoid crunchy foods and acidic drinks for 24 hours after application.
(i.e.. coffee, chips, alcohol, apples, etc.)

Do not pick at or play with your tooth gem.
​
-
Please complete your tooth gem waiver prior to arrival if possible.
​
-
Gems cannot be applied to false teeth such as veneers, fillings, crowns, etc.
​

Do not forcefully remove your tooth gem! Tooth gems must only be removed by a dental professional to avoid damaging tooth enamel. We do not perform removals in-studio.

All tooth gems applied by FL&B come with a 30 day warranty. If your gem falls off within 30 days after the initial application, we will replace your tooth gem free of charge! This warranty covers 1 replacement for every 1 gem.

THE LASH GUARANTEE
​Client satisfaction and comfort is a top priority. As a Lash Artist, I take pride in my work, and aim for every client to leave content with their service.
​
I ask each client to please utilize their consultation time prior to lash application so we can ensure you leave with your desired results! It is encouraged clients bring in inspiration pictures and disclose any likes + dislikes during the consultation.
​
If you experience any abnormal fallout within 48 hours of application, please contact me within this time period to have a touch-up scheduled 100% free of charge.
​
Lash retention varies client-to-client. On average, we shed 3-5 lashes per eye per day while following correct preparation and aftercare instructions.
​
Please bare in mind that allergic reactions are possible with any beauty treatment, and are unfortunately out of the service providers control. Free removals are offered to any client who experiences an allergic or adverse reaction.
FL&B is not responsible for poor lash retention caused by lack of aftercare, damage at the fault of the client, or due to abnormally fast natural lash + hair shedding (i.e. hormonal imbalances causing premature shedding or taking hair growth supplements) that is out of the client or service providers control.

PAYMENT
Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Apple/Google Pay are all accepted forms of in-studio payment.
​
Cash is preferred.​
